RETURN POLICY & FAQs RAVEAHEM MAKES RETURNS EASY AND HASSLE-FREE For US and Canada

We offer our customers a 15-day money-back guarantee!If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 15 days of placing your order. We want to make your shopping experience the best it can be.See below for more information on our return options and how to initiate a return.

How to process a return in the USA

Please follow the process below when returning your item(s) to us.

  1. Please let us know your order number by email so that we can be ready to receive your return. For returns, please contact email:Support@nffan.com
  2. There is a return label in the package you received, please send it to us with your shipment.
  3. Return your item(s) using your local post office and keep the return shipping bill, if the return is caused by us, we will bear the cost incurred for the return.(including re-shelving fees, shipping and return fees)
  4. Please allow 3-5 days processing time once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse.
  5. Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of your refund information. The items will be inspected and accepted if they meet our conditions listed below.
How to process an international return (Canada)

Please follow the process below when returning your item(s) to us.

  3. Return your item(s) using your local post office and keep the return shipping bill, if the return is caused by us(for example, the item you received is defective or received the wrong item), we will bear the cost incurred for the return.(including re-shelving fees, shipping and return fees)
  4. When you send in your return item(s), please send it back in a secure package.
  5. Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of your refund or store credit information. The items will be inspected and accepted if they meet our conditions listed below.
Refund returns (US and Canada)
Please use standard mail and keep the shipping bill.
  • If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective  or received the wrong item), we will cover all costs associated with returns (including re-shelving fees, shipping and return fees).
  • If it is because you purchased the wrong products, or you don't want it anymore,you will be responsible for the shipping cost for us to send and for you to return it, and for the restocking fee of $5.
  • A $5 Restocking fee is deducted from the total amount available for refund. The fee applies to the entire return, not each individual item.
  • It can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed.

Refund details (US and Canada)

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that there is an additional $5 restocking fee for all returns for a refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What is Not Covered (US and Canada)

Any physical damage, abuse, user modifications, theft, loss, or regular wear and tear.

Late returns (US and Canada)

Customers have 15 days to send back purchases made at Raveahem once the return is approved. Returns postmarked after 15 days of the return's approval will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

Tips to ensure your items are in returnable condition

For hygiene reasons, all items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in new condition with all original tags attached or we will not accept their return. This includes, but is not limited to, obvious signs of use, including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfumes, odors, etc.

Can I exchange my order? (US and Canada)
You can return your order for a refund.If you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size, style or color, please follow the steps below :)For exchange orders, we no longer charge repackaging fees, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How do I cancel my order? (US and Canada)

We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel your order, you can email us within 1 hour of placing your order at our email address:so that we can attempt to cancel your order for you. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request! If your order has already begun processing, unfortunately we are unable to grant your cancellation request.

Shoppers usually appreciate the speed with which we process and package orders. However, we understand that it can be frustrating if you decide to cancel your order before it ships and are told it's too late. but you can contact us within 15 days of the order date to return the item.

How should I package my return? (US and Canada)
To ensure that we process your return as quickly as possible, please follow these steps when returning an item
1. Make sure all returned items are in the box/mailing envelope that came with your invoice.
2. Go to your local post office and ship the package using a standard mailing envelope/box. (Expedited and express packaging will result in a delay in receiving your return by the mailer using the standard shipping prepaid label).
3. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been processed by our returns department. Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed
